Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No……

“We stayed as it was an historic motel and thought it would be interesting. The patio table/chairs outside the room were very dirty. Inside the tub did not have a stopper, the sink was clogged and the lamp next to the bed did not have an outlet. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the noise from the street was very loud. ”

“The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there.”

“I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Overall, it was okay but likely wouldn’t stay here again. In room with two queen beds, one of them was hard as a rock and felt like lying on individual poking springs. Tiniest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room EVER. Breakfast passable standard fare, but dining room had a giant TV and was set to Newsmax. Loud Trump News is not what I want to listen to for breakfast. We were on the first floor and it was NOISY. Staff was friendly and kind. But as I mentioned…the bed was awful. Checked out and found……
