Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here.

The rooftop deck gave you a stunning view of the beach in the day and provided a great ambiance for a get together at night. The property is a true gem. 💎

Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower.

Everything from the moment we arrived until the day we left was amazing! Owner & staff were very nice & helpful with everything we needed. A new section of this condo is under development & can’t wait to see it completed. Everything was in walking distance, and I felt safe with my early morning walks by myself (being a female). Several great bars & restaurants in walking distance too. No need for a car unless you were traveling up north or to the mainland. We were able to go fishing off the shore & got many ourselves for dinner. Many local fresh fruit & veggie stands nearby too. Everything from coffee shops to the local artists, as well as the local fishermen that brought in their daily catches for anyone to buy. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you MeMe’s Place! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at MeMe's Place! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed in Placencia. The accommodation had everything necessary for a relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi and a welcoming atmosphere. Communication with the host was helpful, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to return to after our daily activities. We travelled as a family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. The property was well-maintained and made our Belize vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend MeMe's Place to anyone visiting Placencia! Thank you for helping make our trip such a wonderful experience.

Our first time in Placencia and MeMes Place was an excellent accommodation. It was clean, well furnished, excellent location and the a/c worked great. The staff was responsive and helpful. I recommend staying here.

I will stay here every time I go to Belize. This was my first trip and they made it very awesome. Beautiful amenities. Literally 30-40 yards to the ocean. One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. We drove the car only twice.

Fantastic unit - extremely clean and comfortable. Near all the best restaurants/bars and only a few steps to the dive shop. Our host stayed in contact with us, checking on our satisfaction and asking what other assistance they might provide. We were allowed to check-in four (yes, 4!) hours early. We appreciated the digital entry and comprehensive security system. To top everything off, they have a wonderful terraced space on the roof - perfect for watching the sunrise or winding the day down with a beer. My next trip to Placencia will absolutely include staying at MeMe’s Place.
