“Loved the house and area, road in kind of sucked for a one ton truck pulling a 20’ trailer but we did just fine once situated. Very quiet and full of game animals morning and evening ! Mid September and the local elk were all over, burgling and singing their song of fall. “Great stay! Beautiful inside the yurt and very cozy. They had the a.c. running before we arrived which was great as the temp that day was 90 degrees. The yurt stayed nice and cool. We only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. The walk up to the yurt from parking area #1 is steep but not too long. My kids and I were able to walk it in sandals and crocs. “House is as advertised. Clean, beautiful property, wonderful views, wildlife, quiet, relaxing. I have nothing but positive to say about this property or the property manager. My work schedule changed last minute and I was able to go to Garden Valley a day early. Unfortunately Doki Dojo was not available when I contacted Ruben but he made some calls and helped us locate a place to stay the first night. Truly a 5 star experience.
