「I stayed at this location for my 25th birthday get-together & it was amazing! The home was very clean & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, clear and responsive. It is very difficult to find Long Island properties that will allow small gatherings, so this is definitely a gem! I look forward to staying here again.」

「Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. 「Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). 「Rebecca was very responsive! Property was clean and comfortable. Stairs were as advertised! Indoor staircase curved and narrow. Beds comfortable; window air conditioners were effective. Well stocked kitchen!」

There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. 「the safety in this place is dangerous. twice i had people punch in my door code and come in, thankfully they weren’t weird. As a female that made me feel unsafe on top of the fact that it was not made clear that you will be sharing the place with other people. The host was slow on replying and the safety was my top issue otherwise the location was the best part of this place 」
