“A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles.”

“Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. Did think more effort could be put into a welcome basket maybe salt pepper……

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und es war alles da. Könnte mal renoviert werden und das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Aber für uns hat es gereicht (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und dafür waren die lauen Abende unter den Olivenbäumen wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Dorf sind sehr gut, der Supermarkt hat ab 9.00 Uhr frisches Brot. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren mit 14 Personen (9 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder) in der Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Außengelände und der Wohnbereich sind gepflegt und weitläufig. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind dagegen teils sehr kompakt, sodass etwas improvisiert werden musste. Der Spielplatz und der Pool waren für die Kinder perfekt. Lediglich ein kleiner Buddelkasten wurde von der Jüngsten vermisst. Die Betreuung durch Lina war sehr gut.……

“This was our second stay at villa Sevos and it has been fully renovated since our last visit in September 22. We loved it before but it's even better now, clean and modern throughout with huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. The morning visits from the peacocks who live at the farm across the way were a highlight of each day. The staff are just as lovely as we remembered from last time and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place……

“Good equipment, comfortable beds with good mattresses, comfortable large sofa. TV with many international channels - we did not use it, however, because the beautiful view from the terrace was much more attractive. In our opinion, the house is suitable for up to 5 adults. Pon is a very nice and always accessible landlord. We spent a nice time there, even though it was often very windy (as it seems in the whole Mediterranean during that time) and still too cold for a dip in the pool. The area is……

“Villa Althaea was perfect, very clean, had everything and more you could possibly need. Loved the extra touches including a homemade lunch and cake left by the owner of the property welcoming us to Greece. So nice to have our very own private pool. Very sad to leave this beautiful villa. Only 1 restaurant within walking distance, so took a taxi to the beautiful Rethymno old town where there was loads of great restaurants and bars.”

“Una casa meravigliosa in una posizione perfetta. In casa non mancava nulla: cucina super attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Tutti gli ambienti nuovi e super puliti. Il giardino una meraviglia: prato verde perfettamente tenuto e una piscina con vista sul mare da sogno. Difficile trovare una casa cosi perfetta.”

“Nice hotel in the calm location of the city. Friendy staff at the reception. We got second floor room with kitchen and two bedrooms, room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with owen, two coffee makers and fridge with freezer. There are three swimming pools in the courtyard of the hotel, two large pools and one little pool for the children. The beach is only few hundred meters away on the other side of the road. There you will find sunbeds with umbrellas included in the room prize.……

“Lovely property, well suited to 2 families. Views fantastic. Nearby Plakias is a nice laid back town with some good bars & restaurants. Etouri concierge service very useful. Overall very happy!”

“Great outdoor area with multiple seating areas. Views to the sea are amazing! Infinity pool was very nice and kept clean throughout our stay. Inside was very clean, kitchen had all we needed to cook simple meals. Trash was removed daily. Very private unit. Location was close to town, but not walking distance. Last .5 miles is on a steep rocky road. Was not a problem for our small car. Only two issues…first was large black ants in the primary bathroom. Notified the management company who……
