“A very bright and spacious building. It is clean and, based on its location, surprisingly quiet. Parking is underground, so leave the pickup truck at home. The breakfast was good, but if you are looking for a hot breakfast you will be disappointed. Staff was competent, and Josiane, who was responsible for the breakfast buffet, was very personable and helpful. The room was nothing special, and had no microwave or coffee maker, but was clean and comfortable. ”

“There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat.
It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day.
Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps.

“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

“The deadbolt lock was not aligned properly, so I was a bit concerned. I was given a room on the south side of the building, which was separate from the main building. I had to go through 2 doors and stairs to get to my room. There were renovations going on as well. The breakfast was not great. ”
