「This property was double booked but I was only informed 2 hours prior to check in, leaving me scrambling to find accommodation for my children and I, which we didn’t find, fun night, and I cannot get a refund and host will not reply to my messages. I can understand double booking maybe not being the hosts fault, but the lack of communication and having to pay for some place I didn’t stay is why I am giving this review」

「No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels.」
