「We had a very good stay at Villa Asfodeli with a very nice staff who were very helpful and accommodating. They gave good guidance in the area about what to do and what restaurants were nearby. They even lent us an umbrella against the sun when we went to the beach. We are very happy with Villa Asfodeli and the small village.」

「Bellissimo, con poche camere affacciate su un patio e un piccolo giardino con ulivo secolare. La sera si vede il sole tramontare dietro gli ulivi. Colazione eccellente con frutta fresca locale e marmellate buonissime. WI-FI gratuito. Stradina sterrata di 500 metri per raggiungerò ma molto brn tenuta. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.」

「We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why...
