"New, very clean, spacious quarters. Friendly helpful staff. Included breakfast was good - more than adequate with choice of hot/cold foods, breads, cereals, coffees, etc. Not sure what others are expecting for a small hotel with 7-ish rooms. Docked 1 star for parking which is expensive at 15 euros/night."

"Our stay was fantastic. Luka met us outside of old town, led us to our parking spot and then gave us a quick walking tour of Split en route to the hotel. The accommodations were modern and the location was great. Breakfast was also great. When we checked out Luka hopped on his scooter and had us follow him around the outside of the city to the Jarolina ferry port for our ferry to Brac. Luka and the team went above and beyond! Great service - highly recommend!"

"The location was great, right in the center of Trogir and a very short walk from the bus station. The place sounded on line as if it was a hotel/B&B but actually it was just 3 rooms. Ours had the bathroom in the hall but since we were the only people there it did not matter. There are also quite a few steep stairs to get to the rooms. "The building is a medical centre and hotel. The entrance via a corridor off the main road and is initially off putting. It is a bit away from the main town but bus stops outside. The roads outside are busy and some traffic noise unless windows closed, but good air con makes this ok. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic but nicely set out.
