「Hotel needs a deep clean. It smells musty and seems old.」

「This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.」

「Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.」

「Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...

「We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.」

「For a short overnight on a trip it was adequate. Not the cleanest or nicest, but it served its purpose. Staff was friendly.」

「We didn't use the amenities so it's not fair for us to evaluate it, but had to put something down, so we put it in the middle. We were only there to sleep at night. The room was clean. The only reason we don't give it a 5 Star for cleanliness is because it smelled musty like it had been closed up for several days without air conditioning. We get that they don't want to run the AC all the time, but it should have at least been turned on and turned down the morning of our arrival.」

「What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.」
