A modern ground floor apartment ideal for up to 5 persons, 5 min walk from Kamisiana beach and 25’ drive from Chania Center and its Venetian Harbour. It offers two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open space living room and a bathroom. The house features a wonderful pool terrace and barbeque. Air con, Wifi, Smart TV, washer available! Strategically located close to the world famous beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi!

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
