“The check in process was a challenge and I spend a significant amount of time just trying to check in and gain access to the property. The facility isn’t in the greatest condition either. The location is great, but that’s about it.”

“This is the perfect location for vacation, next to many awesome restaurants, bars, and things to do. As a single woman, I felt absolutely safe and apartment was very clean and water was always hot. I had an issue with the heating due to a sudden cold storm and the mangers resolved it with an hour of me reaching out. The only issue was the floor was a little uneven. ”

“Easy check in. In a great location, within walking distance to many taprooms, distilleries, and great restaurants. Also close to the free trolly/train. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!”

“Word of caution: this is managed by KC Stay, so don’t expect the “extra touches” of a normal VRBO. Communication and customer service on a booking issue was well below normal standards. At 3 am, smoke alarm batteries started beeping. Maintenance was responsive and fixed next day, but not ideal. The place is ok- but not well maintained or clean to a level you would expect. Location is good, and neighborhood is fine - but experience was not great.”

“We stayed for a long KC weekend and generally this place is fine. It's a good price and close to a lot of things. It's located in a larger complex, so there are a few issues that the property manager can't avoid (e.g., there was a pervasive smell of marijuana outside the front door). But parking was plentiful and we felt safe the entire time. We had communication issues with the property manager, such as emails asking for a later departure time, that went unanswered, but these did not……

“The loft was wonderful! Definitely had everything we needed. We were surprised by the amount of space we had. Very comfortable, lots of details/ thought went into this space. Super fun location. Hoping to stay here again. ”
