「The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.」

「The lower level had a very musty smell Saw spiders crawling across the floor The whirlpool tub in the room needs to be updated around its perimeter, rotted wood paint peeling Bed could use a blanket」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「The doors were unlocked with everything cleaned and ready for guests. Once we closed our room door we unlocked it with the last 4 digits of our phone number. We never saw staff but we were well taken care of and enjoyed the ease of coming and going 」
