“Room cleaning should be improved”

“Nice spacious room and has all amenities you would expect. ”

“This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say.”

“Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the……

“Cet hôtel n'a pas de navette aéroport, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans les informations (était un de mes critères de choix). Vêtements sales du précédent occupant qui trainent sur la table de chevet. Linge de lit sale.”

“Rooms not as advertised. Chairs were not clean, dirty towels. Breakfast does not have many options but was Okay.”

“Room servicies are poor.. No floor mat no tissues even after asking no response.”

“The hotel don't have basic facilities like power backup, lift & intercom. Any complaint we have to come down stairs for Reception. There power outage in midnight and didn't have the power in the Room. Avoid going for long stay and family are not suitable.”

“The room was neat and clean however certain points of improvement like safety bolt on the top side of the door. One weird observation was that the common wall between the two separate room bathrooms have a wide edge to edge gap which in turn raises serious safety and security concerns for women guests in those rooms. Additionally you need to have more women staff within your premises than men.”
