“Room was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that the water was running very hot for two days because the boiler got turned off and the AC stopped working on our last day but other than that it was fine”

“Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar……

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“The property is beautiful! The staff (Liz, Juanita, Juvenal, Reynaldo, Manuel) went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had. The specialty maridaje dinner by Chef Manuel was outstanding! The rooms were done daily very quickly and left spotless! Even though the rooms and baths were very spacious, they need urgent upgrading. The features in the shower and sinks were rusty and parts of the floor need recaulking. Other than that, the location, architecture, landscape,……

“Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron……

“El hotel en general es lindo, la habitación bien ventilada y con el aire acondicionado funcionando bien. El desayuno variado y rico. Buena atención por parte del personal. El único detalle que tuve fue que en Expedia no especificaron que no incluía el desayuno para el menor que llevaba y se pagó en la propiedad. Por todo lo demás fue una agradable experiencia.”

“Hotel was convenient to Chamue beach. Has an excellent pool, and excellent chef breakfasts (extra for very reasonable price). 15 minutes walk to town center or boat tours/ Santa Cruz beach. Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Me gustaron mucho las áreas comunes. Tienen mesa de billar, futbolito todo al alcance de todos sin reservar. Hay máquina de hielo sin embargo cuando quieres Hielo no siempre te lo dan de buena manera, al inicio mencionaron era cortesía, después lo cobraron. No es por el precio, pues es económico sin embargo no hay comunicación entre recepciones. La alberca muy linda solo que pequeña. Los alrededores del Hotel muy oscuros para salir caminando en la Noche aún así salimos las 3 noches y nos……
