“This beautiful historical hotel was a gem of a find. It’s in the center of Mayaguez and Danny as the front desk man is so knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant ! He deserves a pay raise. The hotel is comfortable, efficient, modern in the right ways while keeping its historic qualities. There are plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options from the cathedral to theater to some of the best seafood of our trip at Gonzalez’ And the price is right.
Only thing missing is a pool but……

“When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network.
