Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order.」

「Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! 」

「The room was very clean and perfectly adequate. Paula was fantastic!! I was soaked from the rain, on arrival, and she immediately got me a couple of towels to dry off. She showed me around, and on informing her that I would not be there for breakfast, she prepared me some food to take with me. There was no tv in the room, but all I wanted was to sleep, before the next part of my journey the following day, so I was ok with that. The other guests seemed respectful, as I was not disturbed all...
