The Space:

The apartment has double security. The resort has a beach club that is a 10-minute walk or 4-minute drive away.



Car rental is recommended for better mobility.



If you don't have a car and you want to go to the beach club or to a "Deli" you can ask the guards to take you on a golf car (subject to availability)

Getting Around:

We suggest renting a car for a more comfortable mobility. Fifth Avenue is a 5-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors. It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.





The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals such as ants.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.
