Excellent location next to 5th avenida, outlets and the Cozumel ferry. The rooms are kind of old however clean. The entrance is in the back of the 711 liquor store and Señor Frog's. Includes kitchen for basic meal cooking, drinking water, and every tasty breakfast. Terrace with great view. Staff is very attentive and helpful to guests. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It's a new hostel and it is clean and comfortable and chilled out. The alone owner makes the place a 'must visit' because Sean and his 3 dogs really take care of you while you are there. I met up with friends and we have all extended our stays. The hostel sits on the beach and has all the makings of a great place - its a work in progress but if anyone can make it happen, Sean will. I'll be back!

Location is superb. Next to ferry terminal and close to ADO bus station. It's right on the ocean, near 5th avenue yet quiet at night. Great staff, all very friendly and accommodating. The pet dogs are friendly and low energy and very cute. Guest access to full kitchen and use of common refrigerator. Free coffee in the morning and free drinking water 24/7. The outdoor deck overlooking the ocean is amazing and a great hangout spot to meet other guests. All in all a wonderful experience.

Love the location - right on the beach and directly beside the ferry pier. Very quiet location as well. A little difficult to locate, but the friendly locals are there to help. The staff is very friendly and are native english speakers. They accomodated us early and were always very polite. Internet is free, but the parking situation for those who have a car could be improved. Other than the lack of a tv for entertainment (booked the private room) the accomodations were pleasant. The bed was much more comfortable than most hotels we stay in, the water was hot, but the bathroom drain wound up filling the room with a foul smell of sewage. A drain stop or weekly clean-out of the drain with bleach would go a long way. Other than that would certainly stay again as you cant beat this location for the price :)

It’s right on the beach and the price is bang on. It is in a busy area during the day but quiet at night. The terrace over looking the ocean is awesome and the staff keep the place tidy. The entrance is tough to find but the street vendors will point you in the right direction or you can text Shaun for help. It’s not a five star hotel but that shouldn’t be anyone’s expectation when booking a hostel. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend it to a friend. There aren’t really any negatives despite some of the other reviews here. Please read this. There are very friendly dogs, if you don’t like dogs, don’t stay here. There is senior frogs downstairs that is usually shut down well before midnight. I wore ear plugs and slept beautifully. Shaun, Tequila, Lupo, Bup and the team Are all wonderful people and myself and my hostel crew had a great time. Thank you!

Belle place sympathique

Super endroit convivial avec terrasse en hauteur vue sur la plage/mer. Tout était calme après 23h (sauf pour un humain qui n’avait bien sûr pas compris la consigne cuisine fermée après 22h30 - notre chambre était à côté, il nous a réveillé à minuit…) Le personnel et le propriétaire sont totalement dévoués au bonheur des gens. ❤️ L’entrée est difficile à trouver, car il n’y aucune indication sur les portes, mais on nous avait avisés. Le chemin à partir de ADO était très clair par contre. Le café du matin et l’eau potable sont un plus. 😁 Les cendriers pleins et pas lavés des fumeurs sur la terrasse… 🤢

Melhor localizaçao para hostel. Proximo a rodoviaria ADO, conveniências 24h e de frente para o mar e Ferrys para Cozumel. O dono foi bem flexível quanto aos meus horarios de check in e check out ( os fiz de madrugada) e ainda me ajudou com cambio. Tbm havia uma brasileira em voluntatiado que me ajudou muito nas coisas. Só tive dificuldade de encontrar a porta (creio que uma placa ajudaria) mas o dono foi me buscar e auxiliar. RECOMENDO.

Le séjour était très bien, le service est franchement agréable et les chiens sont bons délires. Vous êtes hyper bien situé tout près du centre est au bord de la plage, c’est un délire. Bref, si vous cherchez le meilleur rapport qualité prix pour une auberge de jeunesse, c’est ici.

Someone might like it, NOT for me.

Not for me, might be for others. Check-in let me know I wouldn’t be spending more than one night there. There’s no office, you’re literally attempting to conduct your business with the owners huge dogs sitting on the couch next to you, ppl yelling on the phone and smoking cigarettes next to you on the porch. I booked over three hours in advance, then when I get there I’m told that they are full and have no beds. I wasn’t sent anything to alert me of this, was only sent the following up (better directions to find them) email. When I ask for a refund, I’m told I cannot get one through them, and I would need to contact the third party I booked with. Then I’m told there is actually a bed, although it’s not the all women’s room I had booked. I just dealt with it since it was only one night. Location very close to beach!! I wish the owners large dogs would have been mentioned in the description, not really fair to not know until being sent the next email with further instructions AFTER booking. Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest.
