En general, todo. Desde que llegamos en una de las habitaciones no tenian en check in por error del sistema, el papel de baño estaba comenzado, habia solo dos toallas, y el baño no tenia extractor de aire, estaba lleno de moho y de bacterias, cuando pregunte por toallas limpias, me dijeron que solo limpiaban el cuarto y ponian toallas cada tres dias, no tenia buena iluminación y la puerta no era segura. En la salida checaron los cuartos y de uno de ellos querian cobrar una sabana que porque estaba manchada, siendo que habia sabanas rotas, las colchas olian a humedad y las toallas tenian cabellos negros. El piso tambien estaba muy sucio. El personal no fue nada amable, ni siquiera cuando preguntamos por servicio de lavanderia cerca, no nos volveremos a quedar en ese hotel.

They tried to charge me a ripped blanket, the restroom had mold the door didnt close restroom had used paper toilet and when i asked for towels they told me they cleaned the rooms every 3 days and they could not give me any towels when i check out the desk man was angry because i didnt leave tip for cleaning but what tip if they didnt clean any during my stay neither gave me towels to shower very bad experience

Very plain - but the price was right - and the location was perfect. Internet didn't work. A/C was great. No reading lamps next to the bed. Bed was very comfortable - and clean. Staff had no English - I was just happy to be in PDC. Right on 5th Ave.

You get what you pay for. Not quiet AT ALL, music is blasting until 3AM every night. There was construction on site or close by that started at 8AM which would loud rumbling. They told us that if the towels or sheets got dirty that we will be charged full price for them. This place is the definition of Landlord Special, everything is painted over and looks like it needs work. The shower had no door so the bathroom floor would become a huge mess and they would say to just leave it because if you used their towel and it got dirty then you had to pay for it. We stayed for 5 nights and not once did we get room service or get it cleaned up. The garbage was never taken and wouldn’t get the bed done and wouldn’t even get toilet paper checked on. Even with having the “Fix Room” sign hanging on the door. There is no breakfast or meals onsite, no microwave and no parking. Luckily there was AC, Fridge and Tv.

La propiedad es linda y las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, además de que estar sobre la 5ta av. es un plus, sin embargo, la atención al hacer el chek in pésima, la chica que me entregó las llaves ni te regresa el saludo. El internet pésimo y la alberca no está utilizable.

Muy buen lugar aunque faltan espejos en las habitaciones y tal vez una silla. En el anuncio mencionaba que había entrada a un beach club y al preguntar en la recepción, nos dijeron que no era así. La limpieza muy bien y las personas con las que tratamos durante nuestra estancia, fueron amables.
