The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The condo is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi in all rooms. The fully equipped kitchen makes it ideal for vacationing, and the living room offers a TV and access to the private balcony with large glass doors that allow natural light to fill the space.



Casa del Mar condos boast a rooftop deck equipped with a large pool, lounge chairs, showers, and restrooms, providing a relaxing space to soak up the sun while enjoying incredible ocean views.



Located approximately 50 steps from the soft white sands and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, or just a 5-minute walk to the popular Mamitas Beach Club, you’ll also find yourself just two blocks away from 5th Avenue. This vibrant pedestrian street is lined with boutique shops, charming cafes, gourmet restaurants, and lively bars, making it the perfect spot to explore and unwind.



If you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 2 miles away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen; only a 4 mile drive away.



To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations, and more.

- Rentals Long Term: Plus Electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a community fee of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
