This brand new studio apartment #303, is the perfect centric accommodation for couples. Located on the 2nd floor of the architectural project Kaahal offering a unique space in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 3 minute walk to restaurants, supermarkets, Fifth Avenue and the Caribbean Sea.
Stylish, Spacious on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen, rooftop pool, parking, WIFI, A/C, TV, dedicated workspace area, closet and more.
The space
The Studio apartment resembles a hotel suite. It is fully equipped for all your needs from cooking to ironing, to doing laundry, or simply to relax by the pool, and walk to shops, the beach or the many restaurants this vibrant neighborhood has to offer. Secure building with 24hr front desk staff.
Guest access
The entire studio apartment 303 is for your exclusive use during your stay. The roof area with pool, hot tub, grill area and gym are shared with other guests in the building.
