  • Located in Playacar Pase I; a gated community of high-end homes and is adjacent to the downtown area of Playa Del Carmen. La Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) is a short walk from Casa Miramar where shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, water sports, tours, bars, and live entertainment are located. This home has everything you could want. With marble flooring throughout and completely equipped with amenities, Casa Miramar has fabulous view of the ocean can be enjoyed from almost every room and especially from the comfortable patio adjacent to the private pool or the spacious 2nd floor terrace. Both the patio and terrace are perfect spots from which to enjoy the ocean breeze and spend time with your family and friends.

    Almost 300 square feet of construction with 2 stories, this spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, dining room and kitchen. The first of two master bedrooms is located on this floor and has a king bed, while the other downstairs bedrooms each have two double beds. The master bedroom located on the second floor also has a king bed and boasts a spectacularly magnificent view of the sparking Caribbean.

Our group loved our stay here. The house is not only spacious and beautiful, but the host team was very helpful and communicative with transportation services & easy check-in, their recommended chef service was amazing, and the housekeepers went above and beyond. Check-out instructions were extremely simple. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. They've also addressed replacing pots and pans per some other comments, as we had no issues.

The place was absolutely amazing!! We stayed for 7 days and had the most relaxing time. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host was easily reachable on WhatsApp and responded so quickly. The beach is steps away and you can hear the ocean from the pool! Only downside for us was the cookware was worn but still got the job done!

Beautiful house with beautiful view. The house was very well kept and maintained, it is in a monitored neighborhood making it extra secure. Absolutely loved everything and the host was amazing, would 100% book again.

Perfect, relaxing getaway

What an amazing property! Spacious, comfortable, and with all the amenities we could have ever asked for. Very responsive property manager, easy check-in and check-out, and only steps away from the beach. Literally everything was perfect.

WHAT a spectacular, beautiful home. TWO masters, baths for all the bedrooms, plenty of comfortable beds and seating for all. The kitchen is well appointed and the washer, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, TVS, and icemaker let you settle in just like home. The views from the upstairs balcony are gorgeous, with plenty of room for the whole family to share meals upstairs, by the pool, or in the spacious dining room. The pool is small, but a great size for a family dip in the heat. We used it every day.It is a lovely, short walk into town, past ancient ruins that are fun to explore, with monkeys, sereque (agouti, related to capybara), coati mundi, wild pigs, and racoons. Be sure and catch the bird sanctuary right in the neighborhood. The home is located in a lovely, gated neighborhood of high end homes, with 24/7 security who are friendly and helpful.Mercedes and Patricia were quick to respond for anything that we needed, including transportation and excursions. Alejandro set up a whale shark excursion for our family that was the highlight of our trip. We did some others through the internet and they did not come close to the personal attention we received. Outstanding!While the property is steps from the beach, the sargassum made it unusable. It has NOTHING to do with this incredible property, but climate change certainly makes this an issue in summer. We had no problem finding plenty to do.We could not have had a better experience and would absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful

The house and location were wonderful-the only surprise was the lack of basics for cooking. No salt, pepper, sugar or cooling oil. Beautiful views from deck and patio and quick easy access to the beach. Found some wonderful food in town and all of us loved our time there.

Excellent vacation location

This was our first experience in Playa del Carmen not at an all inclusive resort. The area was very safe and we were able to walk to 5th ave safely. The house accommodated 7 people with no problems. The house was very clean.

Family vacation

There were 8 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. Location was great and we felt safe. Pool was a little smaller than we expected but it worked out fine. A two minute walk to the ocean was easy to do.

Amazing house located just steps from beach

We loved staying at Casa Miramar! House and rooms are the perfect size to easily accommodate large groups. We were just steps from the beach and had views of the ocean the entire stay. It’s very easy to walk to shops and restaurants as well as get a taxi or schedules transportation. Property is more than safe and everyone we encountered was friendly! I also highly recommend scheduling at least one meal with Chef Daveed as you will not be disappointed!

Great Stay

Clean, strong AC, strong water pressure, hot water never ran out, and space was open. one minute to beach and 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Secure. The wifi and phone signals are not great but that is not something they can control.

Great stay!

Property is beautiful, maybe nicer than pictured. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a walk to 5th Av, but very do-able and we got our steps in all week. I think being a block off of the beach may be better than being right on the beach - which was very crowded when we were there. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, and maybe this is common in the area, but it was poor all week. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, but would not plan on working!

Incredible house in Playacar

We recently stayed at this amazing house with family and friends, and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious with an amazing upstairs patio overlooking the ocean. The house had every amenity and was very close to the beach. The pool was a great addition, the kids loved it. The check-in process was very easy. They met us late at night and had quick communication. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and be walkable to the main street at Playa del Carmen.

Beautiful Stay at Casa Miramar!

We really enjoyed our stay with my hubby, adult children and their friend and my 89 year old mother-in -law. The hosts were extremely receptive to the minor issues that we had and the villa is beautiful and spacious and right across the street from the beach. There is not much beach at that location so you do need to walk down a bit to the right for a better beach but it was very convenient. The villa is well appointed with a few minor exceptions but the hosts responded immediately and took care of everything we requested, including bringing us a TV for one of the bedrooms that did not have one. We would happily visit again.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

Our month-long stay at Casa Miramar was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it had all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, making dining in just as enjoyable as exploring local restaurants. The villa’s private pool was a wonderful place to relax, and being just a few steps from a stunning beach made it even better.One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace—comfortable sofas, plenty of shade, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Whether sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was the perfect place to unwind.Casa Miramar truly offers the ideal vacation experience. We can’t wait to return!
