The main bedroom features a king-size bed, perfect for a restful sleep. Enjoy the 50-inch TV with internet access for your entertainment.



The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: a microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, and basic utensils for you to prepare your meals.



Relax on the small terrace, a private space to enjoy the fresh air.



The full bathroom offers all the amenities you need. Additionally, you can enjoy the building's common areas, including the pool and gym with stunning ocean views. All of this, just steps away from the beach and Fifth Avenue.

Guest Access:

We have parking in the building (subject to availability) once you arrive you check in at the lobby and they will let you through. Next to the entrance door you will find a black box, we will give you the key so that you can access it.



The building has a lobby, reception and 24/7 security.



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the vibrant CTM Avenue in Playa del Carmen. Although you may hear noise from nearby construction during the day, the location offers easy access to a wide variety of attractions.



Within a few minutes' walk, you will find restaurants serving delicious local and international cuisine, craft shops, and fashion boutiques. The famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with its lively nightlife and entertainment options, is just a short distance away. Additionally, the beach is a close walk, ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea. Explore the surroundings and discover the essence of Playa del Carmen.



Getting Around:

The apartment is excellently located, allowing you to explore Fifth Avenue and the beach on foot. You do not need to rent a car to enjoy the area.



Other Things to Note:

There is construction nearby and it can be noisy during the day.



The parking lot is small and is subject to availability.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
