Kitchen/ restaurant/ bar staff was great. Pools were pretty and clean. View was beautiful. Beach access was wonderful and spa was lovely. The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing! Would have been so nice to have that. Some of the other staff was not wonderful, but was not upsetting ...

Hotel was beautiful. Close to the beach hidden in the jungle. Food was delicious. Staff was SO KIND all the time. Beach chairs always available and if they werent they would find you some and add cushions. So many other resteraunts near by within walking distance on the beach or on the street. Clean ...

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. Very friendly staff on site with shuttles that took us from the reception to our spot.
