"This villa is very nice and the view is fantastic. The few complaints we had included spotty Internet, which may be more the fault of the area than the villa. I did check the SpeedTest app though and download was a paltry 12Gb. The TVs were another sore point. When we checked in three of them weren’t seeing the WiFi. There’s like half a dozen WiFi networks for the house so it’s a crap shoot which one to use. The TVs couldn’t even figure them out. There were several other small annoyances, but overall the villa itself is pretty awesome. "

"Spectacular property that matched the listing exactly. The pool and the view are a dream. The kitchen and interior is really well laid out. Everything just flows and fits together. Even the views out the back against the hillside are enadearing due to the landscaping. The height overlooking the small town means that it is very quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay there again and have already referred the property to friends and family. "

"The area was amazing with a beautiful view. The hotel needs alot of updates. It advertised 2 restaurants, but only had one which was all buffet. We paid for a mini bar in our room. We only had it filled when we arrived and never again after that. We were told that it gets filled every other day, however that never happened. The drinks we did get we had to go ask for on our second day there. The staff was nice and the view was great. The hotel needs to add some restaurants. "

"Great place to stay! We call it the “fancy house” - incredible view, pool was beautiful, lots of bird visits. We had 9 people stay and it worked out perfectly. Thanks for being so helpful, Corby! Highly recommend. "

"We loved this place , it’s the perfect location. We had plenty of room for our family (two bathrooms even!)! They had a playpen set up for us and a toddler bed if we needed. Great service and communication, the best we’ve ever had at a VRBO stay for information on the services around and things to do in the area. Highly recommend - if you are looking for place to stay in playa Hermosa seriously look no farther! There’s a water slide and mini putt just steps away from your door, and a fish market in the building for you to cook yourself in the kitchen! "

"Unit is poorly maintained and dated Sparsely equipped and not clean No hot water in showers or kitchen Front door lock is broken and worked intermittently with jigging The dryer timer is broken so doesn’t shut off The main tv remote is broken Patio is rotting and sketchy Ice box has not been defrosted in quite awhile Alternatively the property grounds around the development are very nice and well maintained Absolutely beautiful pool area Good security and location is ideal The local tenants are very friendly "
