“We enjoyed our stay. Being english speaking the front desk was accomodating and made us feel welcome. Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and square which was a great way to unwind. It felt like a relaxing piece of paradise ”

“Nice place”

“The place served its purpose, but it is not new. Also, I was not notified they would not be there after a certain time. Everything was closed when I arrived and I was in a panick because I didnt have wifi. Luckily a hotel guest came out when I was trying to figure out what to do and he called the emergency number. I had to drive to another location to check in before driving back. It was quiet though, and had a nice view from my window (photo attached)”

“Awesome accommodation! Even though there is no front desk and all check in autonomous, it is super efficient. Rooms are gorgeous & clean and a hearty breakfast is included in the stay all while being within 10 min to the airport!”

“Accueil efficace. Chambré impeccable et très confortable. SDB top également. Pas mal de places pour se garer devant gratuitement. J’enlève une étoile pour le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas ouvert avant 8h donc j’ai payé le supplément petit déjeuner mais je n’ai même pas pu en profiter car on devait partir avant… ”

“New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers.”

“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your……

“Reasonable price and convenient to the airport. Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist.”
