"Location is GREAT!!! Staff is amazing. Things are clean enough… The property is older and a little outdated. We stayed in what was more of a 2 bedroom apartment. Which was great for us. It had a huge outdoor sitting area with nice furniture. I did see other rooms that were more updated but we needed the space so… what we got worked for us. It was just a little dated & worn out. But not a deal breaker for us. Breakfast was amazing. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurants onsite several times. Food was always great. "

"Such an amazing time! Arturo the manager was super helpful and always available even late night. House is as pictured, large, clean, great views. It is on the public road access to the beach. "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so many beaches! Tip: bring your own dish soap and cloth as they don’t provide. Also the beds are only made up with sheets, but when we asked for blankets it was no issue to get them."

"Villa Corina is amazing! The house is set up so everyone has plenty of space and privacy. The king suite was truly better than what we expected. We loved sitting outside in the hot tub then relaxing on the patio listening to the waves every night. The backyard was beautiful with flowers and hummingbirds coming to visit each morning. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip throughout the day. The pool, grounds and house was kept exceptionally clean. The house is just around the corner from the most beautiful beach which was felt like our own private beach most days. The area had many wonderful restaurants to eat at as well. The best part of our stay was our host that greeted us upon arrival. So showed us around the house and promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!!"

"We were a family of 10 adults and 11 children ages 2-14. The property was beautiful and served our entire age group well. The pool area was great as well as a turf area for play. The housekeeping staff was excellent! The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking and also having a chief come to prepare several fabulous dinners. There were grocery stores near by and great local casual beach restaurants. We loved being able to walk right out the gate to the beach and swim in the sandy calm water. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Fantastic beach house in Potrero. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. 7 large bedrooms each with a bathroom makes spreading out with a large family work. Pool was great for when beach was too hot. Ice machine was a plus. I would 100% rent golf cart again to explore the multiple beaches in the area and expand food options. Jimmy was a pleasure to help schedule a private chef to cook along with booking excursions and airport transportation. It’s not inexpensive but worth it if you are looking for a beach house in Costa Rica."

"This home is amazing! Views and sunsets are incredible. Everything was clean and working. We loved the location close to everything in town. Walkable, but we enjoyed having a golf cart. Communication with the owner and property manager were seamless. We ordered groceries ahead which was a great feature too. Highly recommend this property. It was perfect for the whole family!"

"An amazing place to stay! Perfect for a beach escape, with the quiet beach just a quick walk away. It has everything you need, a lovely pool, is impeccably clean, perfect layout, comfortable beds, and feels very safe in a great location. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"
