“The property and villas were stunning! Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone knew us by name! Loved having breakfast included with many delicious options. Having a stand alone villa was a treat. No noisy neighbors! We spent a couple mornings at the main pool and usually ended up in our plunge pool in the afternoons. The views from everywhere are amazing! Although we loved our Sunset Villa, it was warm in the late afternoon when trying to get ready for dinner. No way to block out……

“Stayed with my family at the resort for a week - it was our first time in Costa Rica, and overall the stay was good. The views are absolutely stunning and very aesthetic, the beach is within a 3-minute walk, and there’s a convenient shuttle that takes you around the property. That said, the all-inclusive food was disappointing. The options were very limited and repetitive (mostly rice, chicken, etc.). The rooms also do not have WiFi, it’s only available in the main lobby and restaurant……

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so……

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“we initially didn’t like our room as it was near the elevator however Carlos and Gustav changed it for us and we loved it! so so so beautiful room and very quiet and amazing location!!”

“Angie, in reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed to change rooms and she was very understanding and helped us quickly. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and good. We enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach. One morning we went into the water very early, prior to breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grounds. The one negative was the first night when a local establishment blasted techno music until 3am.”

“Exactly as expected. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Gabriela was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns. The area is close to many beaches by walking or a quick Uber ride. Amenities nearby and the vibe of surf side is truly a great experience.”

“The pool was often dirty with debris. The food lacked flavor overall and there was not much to do. The staff was okay but enforced rules that were not enforced for other guests. I would not visit this property or Costa Rica again. I stayed from 5/14 - 5/18. ”

“We did not have a good experience during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no welcome experience or refreshments offered, which made the check-in feel uninviting. In our room, basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. The toilet was also not properly cleaned when we arrived, and it remained in poor condition throughout our 5-day stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room was sometimes skipped until we contacted the front desk to request……
