"This hotel has a great location, right on the beach. There are no loungers,umbrella rentals or public restrooms on Potrero Beach so being at the hotel you have all of that. The water there is calm, great for swimming. Similar to many places in Costa Rica there were some plumbing issues, plugged toilet and plugged shower drain but maintenance fixed it right away and we were fine for the rest of the stay. It is clean, the buffet breakfast is good. You can order an omelette in addition to what is set out. Food is very expensive in Costa Rica so we filled up at breakfast then didn’t eat until supper. I would definitely return. "

" 5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We cannot say enough great things about this home! We had 9 couples, and every single couple had their own bedroom and bathroom — which made the trip so comfortable and seamless. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather together.We rented golf carts for the full week, which made getting around easy and fun. While there isn’t a huge nightlife scene, we honestly didn’t need it — we made our own fun every night! There are so many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance, which was such a bonus.The in-house staff was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and so helpful throughout our stay. The owners were extremely responsive from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.One of the unexpected highlights? The ice machine at the pool bar! It may sound simple, but it made pool days that much better.We also had a chef come in for two nights, and the food was incredible. Such a fun and delicious experience for our group.Truly not one single issue the entire week. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The outdoor area was the best we've had so far. Our group has traveled together for 10 years and 4 times to Costa Rica. We had enough shade and sunshine, and many options for our large group. The outdoor kitchen area worked perfectly for our group. The additional refrigerator and freezer were a nice addition. The kitchen was well appointed for all our needs. "

"Everything is good and the view is truly spectacular but my main complaint is no AC on the first floor when it was 30c/86f. How can you sleep comfortably at that temperature? If it was a couple then it would be fine because upstairs sleep for 2 has AC. Put an AC downstairs then it would be great. I would not recommend it if it was more than 2 people."

"This place is fantastic and definitely worth coming to see.It's so close to the beach.So much room, there's five bedrooms.There is nine of us.It brought two families together, and we celebrated an engagement, and we couldn't have asked for more, not one of us had one complaint, Arturo was lovely and catalina was very easy to get a hold of when we needed her .
