「Staff was absolutely great. Had a poolside room and an absolute blast celebrating New Year’s Eve. We hiked down the private beach several times. It’s beautiful and quiet. Playa Flamingo is only a 10 min walk as well. It’s a popular spot worth checking out. Definitely need to eat at Coco Loco.」

「The room was very clean with a beautiful view (36 Carlota). The beach access is second to none. It is meant to replicate some sort of italian town near the sea. In some ways it does do that. The service at the restaurants was spotty at times and the food is uninspiring. Better food can be found in town. The December 24-25 dates may have been part of the problem. 「The room was very comfortable and spacious. Our children enjoyed the pool which was clean and well cared for. We ate three meals at the restaurant which were all great. The staff were all friendly. We saw iguanas and monkeys in the courtyard which was also fun. Highly recommend.」
