“The breakfast was yummy both days that we were there, and the service at the restaurants was top-notch! However, we were disappointed not to have a swimming pool available to use as guests at Santarena Hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was way too small for the number of rooms available. ”

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“Our fishing trip was wonderful. The front desk manager, Carlos, is the man. .He was so helpful and made our trip a 10!”

“Great pool, nice spot. Small things like no dish-wash soap or dish-sponge etc (when only there for a few days and asked to keep all kitchen items clean etc). Asked for extra towels for pool which were provided & were great. 10min walk to beach / bakery / cafe / sodas. 2 min walk to grocery store. On a busy road. ”

“Nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones 3 veces porque algo estaba malo (aire acondicionado, luz, etc). La piscinas no estaban funcionales (otros comentarios indicaban lo mismo). El desayuno estaba bien solo que es en otro lugar. El parqueo está lejos, es pequeño, si otro carro entra no puedes sacarlo ya que solo hay una entrada”

“People there are excellent! I will definitely come back here again. The A/c unit went out the last day of our stay. They try to accommodate us the newt they could. Unfortunately we’re unable to fix it but is one of those things that sometimes we have to be flexible. The hotel manager was awesome, the maintenance ce personnel great people.”

“La habitación le falta pintura y eso que es una habitación por la cual se paga más .Dicen que tiene un mini bar y es un cerveza grande y dos botellas de agua. Aparte llegamos el jueves y hasta el sábado nos llevaron otros paños, cuando se está en un hotel de playa se entiende que las personas se bañan más seguido. Escribí dos veces al WhatsApp del hotel para solicitar lo mismo . Otro punto importante fue el desayuno donde el Pinto se sentía seco , la urna de las frutas sucias . El personal……

“Great resort for families. Beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Pool was perfect for my kids, with three different shallow areas where they could play. The resort yacht tour was amazing and easily a highlight of the stay. We did the morning snorkel to Honeymoon Beach and it felt like a private tour. Easily accessible to see wildlife in nearby places. ”
