"It was ok. bedreooms were clean but the freezer stunk realy bad and the owner sent the cleaning lady a day early to pick the keys up wich made it kinda awkward having to tell him its not time for me to check out. Also we met after check in time 3pm is already kind of a late check in time to me so showing up anytime after that just taking away wat i pay for."

"The post is false advertisement, the house was extremely dusty, the bathroom showers were full of soap scum, curtain rod fell on my head, the headboard of the bed was not attached and kept falling overnight, the doors would get stuck and the door knob kept of falling, the sink started to leak and the sand on the property was full of dog poop, my brother trip in a tile as the floor is not elevated, and had many broken kitchen dishes broken but put away on the cupboards. The property had only 2 bathrooms and one you need to access through the outside of the property (even if you need to use it in the middle of the night) and the second bathroom is only accessible by crossing the bedrooms. Seriously too expensive for the conditions of he house. I got a severe allergy flareup because it was so dusty in the house. I think 1,200 for 3 night would be enough to be able to enjoy a clean property. Good location but sad that the property manager is not careful how they are renting it and I hope the home owner is aware of the poor condition of the property. Will never rented again and will never recommend it to anyone. "

"The property is big and has new stairs direct to the beach. This place has a lot of potential but very beat up and the beds need upgrading. AC worked well and the showers were decent granted the upkeep was not good. The sliding doors would not open so the only way in and out was the front door. Kind of a Saftey concern. This place could be great with some upgrades. The refrigerator also did not work well. Management was very quick to respond with a hot water issue and AC issue in one of the bedrooms. If upgrades are made I would strongly consider staying here again. Location is ideal. "
