「Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful beach, and an adorable beach dog that hangs out there. Staff helped my partner prepare a birthday surprise for me. They did a great job.」

「Pongan atención son tres pisos y tienes que subir a pie es decir no hay elevador y en mi caso lleve a uva persona de la 3a edad y lo pensábamos en subir y bajar,durante mi estancia no hubo agua caliente,」

「The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

「The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.」

「En general fue una buena experiencia en cuanto al trato del personal y variedad de la comida, entendiendo que es un hotel pequeño, sin embargo, no tocó que la piscina está en mantenimiento al menos una parte por que solo se podía utilizar la mitad de las instalaciones, por cierto a la cual no le hacían mucha limpieza. 」
