No me gusto que en la habitación que nos toco no se podía abrir las puertas y ventanas hacia el balcón porque se llenaba inmediatamente de miles de mosquitos y zancudos y el teléfono para llamar a recepción y demás servicios no funcionaba y tampoco el TV. 」

「El desague de la ducha estaba obstruido, no bajaba el agua. No tuvimos cambio de toallas diario, ni aseo del baño. Aunque hicieron el intento de realizar un retoque del aseo en la habitación, no se dió. El starter del ventilador (abanico) demasiado sucio, evidencia que no retiran el polvo」

「Marvellous find in Quindio. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds, great balconies and were clean. Lovely pool area too. All staff were very friendly and always helpful. As a nature lover, the gardens were great for a wander around in the mornings - acorn woodpeckers, hummingbirds and many other species to be found. Would have loved to be able to stay longer! Highly recommend.」
