Cancun Plaza La Roca Shopping Center Hotels

"This place is a tourist trap and false advertisement. The water park is extremely small.overly crowded for a small hotel.The mini golf course is the path walk to the pool. The beach was half a nyc block. Contained at least 20 chairs and 5 beach bed for rential. A LOT of seaweed. Felt like i was yacht thats supposed to be a cruise ship. This place deserves negative ratings "

"Overall we had a very fun stay at Temptations Resort. The biggest highlight was the daily pool parties and games. Many of the staff and performers were excellent, hardworking, and clearly take pride in creating a lively atmosphere. The resort itself was generally clean and well maintained, the entertainment was energetic, with wild parties and the performances were a lot of fun. Unfortunately our trip ended on a very disappointing note. Our airport transfer was scheduled for 4:30 pm. When we checked in and again when we checked out, we were told we could remain at the resort and enjoy the facilities until our ride arrived. However, at exactly 3 pm we were abruptly told to leave the pool and the common areas. We were literally pulled out of the pool and directed to the lobby. Because we had been told we could stay until 4:30, we were not prepared for that. We had chlorine on us, had not showered, and had to awkwardly use the lobby bathrooms to get organized while waiting for our ride. It was an embarrassing and frustrating way to end what had otherwise been a great trip. The confusing and inconsistent communication between staff created an unnecessary situation. Temptations is a fun place with great energy, but experiences like this leave the impression that once your stay is technically over, the hospitality quickly disappears. We'd probably go back but probably for a much shorter period of time and we'd be more careful with important details that staff describe."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the rooms were amazing—very clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting. We stayed here the night after my husband had a procedure at the hospital connected to the hotel, and the location made everything so much easier during a stressful time. Being able to walk back and forth was such a relief. It’s also close to the mall if you have some time to get out and explore. The bistro and restaurant attached to the hotel were great—fairly priced and super convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Overall, a really comfortable and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again."

"For a breakfast, I was expecting a little more than granola, some fruit and a few pastries as well as bread. Coffee and orange juice are provided as well. Overall this is a nice place to stay, The rooms do not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign so if you don’t lock your door, expect the cleaning ladies to show up and open the door. "

"Clean, spacy, apartment with nice kitchen, with washer and dryer. We enjoyed the pool on top deck. We found out this building was in a nice safe area which is Cumbres of Cancun. Rubi and Carla were very helpful at front desk. Towels, toilet paper were very limited. Most of the other staffs were unfriendly, and we feel higher management can have better communication with us. Overall, good value for the place."

"The inn is definetely still in construction and it's a weird vibe. I, however, was only there for 12 hours between two flights. The bed was comfortable, showers worked perfectly, there was A/C in the room, the WiFi worked well and the staff was very friendly. "
