"It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony the noise of someone dragging the chairs and tables at night. Plus side you have the big mall across the street with restaurant area. "

"Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

" The place was very nice. I've been staying at Kabah hotel each visit over the past 5 years. Excellent shower, comfy beds, Easy parking, great breakfast included. Hands down my fave hotel in Cancun. Very good area. Lots of shopping options and local restaurants. "
