"The staff were very friendly and made my stay very welcome. They were very quick to assist me with nay enquiries I needed. The pool was always clean and pleasant for an enjoyable swim. Bad experience with breakfast on my last day(22nd). Very busy at breakfast and just one staff on duty! Cold toast, and milk for my coffee. Then after waiting 40 minutes to have my order taken I just left the premise. "

"Very nice, clean hotel. The lift doesn’t always come but thankfully it did on the days we moved luggage. Breakfast was simple but very nice, made to order. It’s away from beach and downtown so be prepared to get taxis (uber or local). Otherwise very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. Axel went above and beyond on giving us recommendations and suggestions, remembered us and was always attentive. We wished the hotel had a pool, but overall it was a great experience. Will highly recommend."

"I like the environment inside the courtyard and pool. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The staff Cathy was also very nice and helpful. I will go back to stay again. "

"Overall, the property itself was very nice and well-kept. The room was comfortable, and the bed made for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated that they provided plenty of water, along with a nice coffee and tea setup, which was a thoughtful touch. Basic toiletries like soap were also included, which was nice. That said, the experience felt somewhat limited. The pool hours were very restricted, and the overall service didn’t feel especially generous or accommodating. There was a certain “budget” or slightly cheap feeling to the hotel, even though parts of it were nice. One downside was the TV—it was quite outdated and not very enjoyable to use. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night—good for getting some rest—but it’s not the kind of place I’d choose for a longer, vacation-style stay"
