One of the most truly amazing places we have stayed at. The facilities and staff were so wonderful and accommodating to us. We actually extended our stay another 3 days because it was such an amazing experience. The room was unbelievable.

It was good, a nice hotel, well-equipped. It has two restaurants inside; the breakfast was amazing and the Mexican dinner was a 10/10. Everyone was very friendly, especially Chavely at reception. I must also recommend the spa; it's totally worth enjoying a massage.

Beautiful place,attention to detail,quick and luxurious check in, even with refreshing face wipes. My room had everything. I honestly did not need anything extra. The two restaurants are very varied, i recomend you try them, they were delicious.

Stayed in a private suite for our anniversary and overall we really enjoyed it. The room was cleaned and tidied daily by the hotel staff and we really enjoyed the location, with several great local restaurants and bars nearby and the market and central bus station within walking distance. The restaurant and coffee shop next door with the same owners are great, too. Local transportation is relatively accessible from Tulum avenue. When booking on Expedia, just note that if it says free breakfast is included, it's not correct. We encountered this and expected to receive breakfast only to find out upon arrival that the hotel did not have this information on file. We notified Expedia of this issue, so hopefully it has been resolved for future guests.

Friendly and generous staff with a high attention to detail and comfort. This is an exceptional property for an authentic Mexico experience. The service, food and rooms will transport you away from home and into another country filled with love and professionalism. The grotto pool has a small footprint but is deep, beautiful and comfortable to swim and lay around in. I will be back each year, I truly adore this hotel and the location is close to everything to get around and have a wonderful time.
