“this property was dirty dirty sheets holes in the blanket i chose not to stay the additional night i had reserved even though it was paid for and non refundable. highly do not recommend.”

“Hot tub fun”

“I was only there 2 nights. I didn't know it was an extended stay hotel till I got there and read it on the building. That made me a bit apprehensive. But it is a new hotel. Very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.”

“Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead.”

“The sheets were dirty and wet, and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Room 101, what a trashy mess it was indeed. I give this place a negative. 100 Never stay there, high price, low quality.”

“Check in was strange. Went to put code in for the room and the door pushed open without unlocking. The door was not latched. We chose to not stay. Felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation.”

“The hotel does not keep ac on in the rooms or hallways, so even though we had a confirmed reservation they took no time to prepare the room, so we arrived to a very hot room (hotter than outside, over 90) and had to leave the hotel to let it cool down. Bedding stains and hair all over it, so they just handed me another blanket. Pool was closed and seems to be the case all of the time. TV was not working and apparently was missing some power cord and batteries on the remote were dead. They fixed……

“We stay here every time we come to a horse show. Staff is always kind. Breakfast is good. Room is clean, bed is comfy.”

“The continental breakfast was light, but enough if you aren't picky. The area was a nook, not a large room for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Friendly staff. There was a pool, but no hot tub. You need a car to reach the shopping areas. There were no hangers or places for hangers and there is no elevator.”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”
