“The houses had plenty of room for our family trip. The cleanliness of the units could've have been better. All in All was a good place to stay. The host was very receptive and easy to deal with. Description was spot on as far as how far of a drive to places where. We would definately stay again. ”

“The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them “letting management know”. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party……

“We enjoyed our stay and the property was spacious and fairly clean. The gated community definitely added a sense of safety and peace, which I really appreciated.That said, the home could use a bit of TLC. The walls are noticeably dirty and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also, while the rooms were roomy, the king-size beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. For a short stay it worked, but comfort could definitely be improved.Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick getaway with nice……

“This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.”

“The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.”
