"Pull into the garage - it's a tandem and fits two cars - a huge plus for us. And while there are a ton of stairs to haul luggage up and down the property is very nice. Main floor (actually the 2nd floor - garage takes up the entire first floor space) features a bedroom/bath plus kitchen and living area. "This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there."

"Wonderful property. A few pros and cons: 1) Pro: Location/view are absolutely stunning 2) Con: A bit of a mouse problem, we were cleaning up quite a bit of feces and they even ate our food. Owner is trying to remediate, hope it goes better for the next guests 3) Pro: New hot tub! The view from it can not be beat 4) FYI: Long single lane road to property. Was a bit scary around the blind corners. Still worth it."

The cooking utensils could do with some updating, but it was all fine. Trader Joe’s was a mile and half away and Safeway about a mile. For some great walks go to the Briones-Mount Regional park and the Del Valle regional park. Lots to do if you don’t want to go in to San Francisco."
