The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 39 m² flat for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, located in the heart of Val André, with immediate access to the central beach, shops, and casino. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it features a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental, and 4* hotel-quality linens (sheets, towels, and tea towels) are provided. Your bed will be made up upon your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room, a double sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV stand with a television. - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- An 8 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days. A table, two chairs, and a lounge chair are available.
The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby, you'll find all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, a market, and more.

- Pets are welcome for a surcharge of €15/stay (one pet allowed). Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean appliances after use.
