Your vacation rental includes on one level: living room with fireplace insert and fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (large shower), wc independent, 11 m² aluminum veranda and 11 m² terrace overlooking the garden and countryside. At the bottom of the land: small outbuilding that can easily accommodate bicycles and other small equipment (pushchair, roof box, etc.) On a wooded property of 900 m², independent, spacious house, located just 3 km from the beach of the Curés strike and 4.5 km from the beach of St-Efflam, one of the largest in the department, meeting place for kites. It is also very popular for water sports. Fancy cultural visits? don't miss the discovery of the Gallo-Roman thermal baths of Hoglo, a unique archaeological site in Brittany. The chapels of St-Jagut and Ste-Barbe as well as the parish church of St-Efflam are also attractive curiosities. So book this pleasant holiday resort quickly to discover the entire Trégor region, Lannion and Morlaix 18 km away.

Excellent séjour

Une région admirable, une petite ville et des environs très agréables. La maison est confortable, bien située, très bien tenue et généreusement équipée, en matériels de qualité. Les hôtes sont absolument charmants. Il n'en fallait pas plus pour réussir notre séjour en Côtes d'Armor. Ce gîte est une bonne adresse, à recommander sans retenue.
