“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.”

“This is a hard review to write as I generally say really positive things and have such a good experience with Expedia. We booked this cabin when visiting Lassen National Park. On the plus side:
Great WiFi and TV
Communication
We could walk to the Bambi Inn for dinner the first night
Kitchen was well stocked
On the not so plus side:
The bathroom was dirty
The bathroom needed a total refresh - the paint was in terrible shape as well as broken baseboards and moulding
