“When we checked in the room wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes to get settled and they gave what they said was an upgrade and $100 BDS credit. Nice room and it had a kitchen. “South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. “I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. I stayed for a week but I am not enjoy their food compare to other Caribbean Island all……

“One of the few 'beach hotels' on the island -- many say they are, but you usually have to cross a road, or the beach is 'next' to the property. This is essentially a beach compound and private! The pool is big, clean, lots of seating. Lay around and watch / listen to the ocean, or use a beach lounger with free towels and lay at the ocean. They had live music in the bar some afternoon's, happy hour twice a day with half price drinks and on Sunday's a fantastic BBQ on the beach. Our rooms were kept clean and tidy on a daily basis.
