Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. "Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."

"Pros: great location, excellent bathroom and good kitchen. The host, Isabelle, was kind and helpful. Cons: we were disappointed that the apartment had no WiFi. (The listing, when we booked early, said it did). You should know the bed is in the living room, like you would find in a studio. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, a pretty good stay for two. Check the restaurant directly across the street- fantastic."

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans un appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel, bonne literie également. A 10 min a pieds d'intra-muros et deux min de la plage des Sablons, beau sentier de randonnée. Très calme. Merci à Soizic pour sa bienveillance et à Mme Bonenfant qui vous mettent à l'aise et qui anticipent les mesures d'arrivée et de départ de manière efficace en fonction de leurs locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
