This charming home a short walk to Priscilla Beach, offers 9 beds, 2 full baths, a private fenced yard with a fire pit, and a covered deck and a propane grille. Enjoy modern amenities, a whole-house generator, and access to sports courts. Explore historic Plymouth, nearby golf courses, wedding venues or simply relax on your private beach. The Space:
Large space with comfortable and thoughtful furnishings. Large yard with fire pit and great outdoor seating areas. Washer and Dryer located on first floor. Tub and walk-in shower full bathrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our property, Beach toys, beach chairs and Private beach access provided with your stay to registered guests! Parking in the driveway for 6 cars/trucks and so much to do in Plymouth, the Cape or just enjoy your sand chair on the beach. Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, propane grille, firepit and relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)!
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a low traffic, family friendly neighborhood, steps to a sandy private beach which registered guests of our home have access to! We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area!
Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located approximately 5 miles from downtown Plymouth, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. For those looking to enjoy a round of golf or attend an event, the Pinehills Golf Course and Mirabeau Inn and Spa are just 4 miles away. Traveling to Boston is also accessible, with the Commuter Rail station approximately 7.5 miles from the property. Additionally, the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry is located about 5 miles away, providing a scenic travel option. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet, friendly neighborhood while still being close to beaches and local amenities. Enjoy the convenience of readily available delivery services, Uber, and Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is available for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted. Our home is not available as an event venue. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee with a max of 3 with pet fee/ dog other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws. No Cats. Please note that charging vehicles, washing vehicles, trailers, RVs, motor homes, or boats are not permitted. A rental agreement must be approved at the time of booking, and a driver's license is required. Reservations and rates are based on the group size at the time of booking staying/ visiting. Additional guests must be pre-approved and additional fees paid. For security and insurance purposes, there are external security cameras on the front and back side of the house.
