Location was perfect. Took day trips to Boston downtown Plymouth, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod. Hot tub and fire pit! Plenty of parking available. Views from four different levels were all amazing.

Great communication with host: super responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views and location. Every level has a deck. You just can’t beat it. Could sit out there all day. Great set up for multiple families (or teenagers) with bathrooms for every bedroom. Details really thought about for guests. Would definitely rent again!

This is our 3rd time staying at Cliff House. Love the layout, especially waking up with the sunrise in the 1st floor bedrooms. Amazing views. Craig has always been very responsive when we’ve needed him. My kids love the hot tub and short walk to the beach. We’ll be back!

PERFECT HOUSE!!

We are a group of 7 friends that take a long weekend in the fall. This was our 19th year. This house is absolutely beautiful. The house is well appointed, and the view is incomparable. You literally feel like you are on a cruise ship. Craig is very attentive and quick to respond to any question you have with either a text or a call. I would highly recommend staying at Cliff House.

Beautiful property, tricky beach access

Cliff house was stunning! Beautiful ocean views from the multiple porches/decks. Of note - lots of stairs in the house and kitchen/living area is on second floor. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Our only critique is that the house was not very close to the beach, restaurants, or other things to do. There is a "beach access" point a few blocks from the house but it is a rocky beach where you cannot really swim or lay out. Had to drive ~15 min to true beach and ~20 min to town/restaurants. Otherwise great stay. House had puzzles, grill on the porch, coffee maker with coffee, games, beach chairs, and was very clean.

Perfection, from sunrise to sunset

The house served as home base for our son's wedding weekend. We hosted the groomsmen and guests, as well as our daughter and her guest. Everyone enjoyed their private spaces while celebrating on the decks on all levels of the home. The kitchen was a dream--so well stocked, perfectly laid out, and the breathtaking views were not missed while preparing food and beverages. This home was one of the best we've ever rented and the attention to detail was much appreciated. We live less than an hour away, but having the opportunity to stay close the wedding venue was ideal and great for everyone to gather in between the weekend festivities.

Simply luxurious!

Cliff House is magical! From the moment you pull in the driveway, you know you won't be disappointed! From the high quality bedding, to the sharpest knives ever, to the supply of paper goods and spices, there is an attention to detail that you don't often experience in a vacation rental. The expansive floor plan provided the privacy we needed while vacationing with friends while the comfy common space was large enough for all of us to have fun together! The commanding views took our breath away, every day a different show! I would love to return with just my husband for our own quiet getaway! Craig was very accommodating, just a phone call away. This vacation rental is special.

this house was perfect for a long winter weekend with a group of friends to celebrate my retirement. each bedroom is lovely! and each has its own special features and a spectacular view of the sunrise so couple felt like they got stuck with the “bad” room. the common space was perfect for hanging out in our pajamas all day long — cooking in the well appointed kitchen, eating and playing games at the large dining room table, watching tv all hunkered down on the huge sofa. craig was very easy to communicate with and came by to fix two VERY minor problems within hours. i will definitely rent this house again.

the house had everything we needed, kitchen is fantastic, it is a beautifully done house, very comfortable and the landscaping is lovely! I think that because we had some children, we needed extra towels, but they were brought when we requested. Very nice to have had the downstairs kitchenette with family with a baby. I only took away one star because the "beach access", that is close by, was really just an old boat ramp and not very convenient with kids. But really, my fault for not asking enough questions. Craig was great and very responsive, and did a wonderful job on the house! Great location to town also!
