The timeless elegance with private pool
Pool, WiFi, the whole place at your private disposal. You can't imagine that a piece of paradise is in your heart. You will understand it by crossing the gate of our villa! Peace, serenity, relaxation. You will breathe Love in every corner of this authentic Tuscan property entirely at your exclusive disposal! A real manor house tastefully furnished according to the authentic Tuscan Tradition of the past. As soon as you arrive you will feel like you are living in another era! The Villa, with pool, wifi and all the comforts you need, is located in a strategic position between Siena and Florence. Just 10 km from San Gimignano and 4 km from the entrance to the Florence - Siena motorway. This position is ideal for discovering all parts of Tuscany! The countryside where the property is located is truly amazing. The landscape is characterized by vineyards, hills and vast fields of different crops depending on the seasons of the year. Sometimes the area is colored red thanks to the poppies, in other periods the prevailing color is Yellow due to a multitude of Sunflowers, and so on ..! The place is ideal for those who love walking in the countryside in contact with nature but also for those who love outdoor sports or simply relax ...
The nearest town is Poggibonsi, less than 2 km from the Villa. The property is located near a pedestrian path along a river. So you can walk to the main central area of Poggibonsi in about 10 (maximum 15) minutes when you do not want to use the carA real manor house tastefully furnished according to the authentic Tuscan tradition of the past. . In the center of Poggibonsi you will find many characteristic cheap restaurants, banks, cinemas, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATMs, pizza, ice cream parlors and grocery stores. Here also the train and bus station in case you want to make an easy day trip to Florence avoiding the city traffic by car! The area is very quiet and super safe.
English: Villa Description: - Parking: You can choose to park your cars in an outdoor space in front of the property gate or in the large covered parking lot of your villa (easily accessible by walking along the garden fence). From the covered parking lot you can directly access the garden via an external staircase. - Free services: WiFi, Laundry with Washing Machine and Iron, Satellite TV, Equipped Swimming Pool, Garden Furniture, Barbecue, Ping Pong. A particular antique table football in the living room at your disposal. Obviously we will provide you with bed linen and towels (already prepared for you in the villa upon your arrival). - THE GARDEN: A real Tuscan style garden completely hidden by a thick green hedge! Here you will find an equipped swimming pool (5 x 12 m), sun loungers, umbrellas and a gazebo with table ideal for your breakfasts. Another large table perfect for dining outdoors in a quiet environment. Also at your disposal a barbecue and a ping pong table. In the garden there are many flowers of different colors such as Lavender, Roses and many other species of plants, also some large trees and a beautiful green lawn all around the pool area. INTERIOR OF THE VILLA (LAYED ON TWO FLOORS) 1) GROUND FLOOR: A large entrance hall elegantly furnished with sofa and coffee table. In front of you a massive and suggestive stone staircase (on the right) and the large corridor (on the left) that lead you to the DINING AREA where you will find a Big Table, an ancient cradle full of plates, cutlery, clothes pegboard and everything you need to eat meals. Next to the dining area there is the KITCHEN with a very large classic Tuscan FIREPLACE and all the modern comforts and stoves necessary to prepare your meals. Here also a table, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer. In the Kitchen there is also a door that leads to the back of the garden with access to the Laundry Area and the Annex where there are two Bedrooms (one Double and one Twin) and two Bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area both have a large panoramic window overlooking the Tuscan countryside. In fact the back of the villa is in a higher position than the front where the main garden is located. From the back windows you can enjoy a view as if you were on top of a hill. On the ground floor of the Villa there is also a super large, luxurious and super cozy LIVING ROOM with lots of sofas, armchairs, a large royal table, a desk, a large TV, plus there is a real football!! The romantic Living Area has 4 Large Windows so it is a really bright and relaxed environment, ideal for reading a book but also for playing cards or watching TV with the rest of the family or friends. The terracotta floor and ceiling (sometimes with blown wood beams) are spectacular. All the furnishings in the villa are antique and valuable. 2) FIRST FLOOR: Here you will find 3 BATHROOMS with Showers and 4 double BEDROOMS a
