Overall an average experience, with the customer service on the phone being why they got 2/5 for customer service, a bit rude (intonation) and abrupt (hanging up abruptly when I wished them a good day (FIRST), without acknowledgement). I would've rated 3/5 overall, but automatic 1/5 because THEY HAD ME WRITE MY CREDIT CARD INFO ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO, RATHER THAN A SECURE SITE.
